My Approach

My work is inspired by a deep fascination with the human mind—how we engage with the world around us, and the ever-evolving relationship between our inner selves, nature, and modern society.

Therapy with me is rooted in curiosity and honoring who you are in this moment. I believe in your innate wisdom and trust your ability to navigate your journey and my role is to collaborate with you—with respect, compassion, curiosity, and intention.

I find inspiration in nature, noticing its rhythms, patterns, and the ways everything is interconnected—just as we are. This perspective informs my approach to therapy, where we explore the layers of your experience with a sense of openness and flow.

I’m trained in the Internal Family Systems model Level 1 (currently training in Level 2) and I integrate mindfulness, somatic embodiment, ecotherapy, and trauma-informed care into my work.  Together, we’ll move towards balance, self-leadership, and a deeper sense of fulfillment—while also embracing the value of simply being who you are right now.

In a nutshell, my approach is for those looking to explore their inner world, make sense of their experiences, and cultivate a deeper connection to themselves and others.

I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology from UCLA and my Master’s in Counseling in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Northridge.

Outside of therapy, I find joy and peace in long-distance running (both competitively and leisurely), hiking, and connecting with loved ones in nature. I love to laugh and I am fascinated by people’s quick wit and humor.

I am a philosopher at heart, holding both skepticism and belief, respecting and questioning life’s spoken truths while finding insight in its mysteries. I feel most myself when I am present, free from the need for constant explanation or analysis.

A Little About Me

People who are drawn to my work often include neurodivergent individuals, sensitive souls, and those exploring their own identity and uniqueness. I connect with those who have spent much of their lives feeling unseen, those who feel stuck or overwhelmed with inner conflict, and those navigating self-doubt, loss, depression, and trauma. Many are searching for a deeper understanding of themselves, seeking clarity, connection, and joy in their lives.

Before starting my private practice, I worked in group private practice and nonprofit settings, supporting survivors of trauma, teens, Spanish speaking  individuals, queer individuals, the BIPOC community, athletes, Los Angeles creatives, and college students.

I approach each person with cultural humility, honoring the fluidity and uniqueness of one’s identity. I’m committed to ongoing self-reflection, continually doing my own work, and staying curious in my journey.
